Surfrider - Coastal Defenders

We worked alongside Surfrider Foundation Europe to design & facilitate training for their core team and their network of Coastal Defenders at their annual conference.

The aim of the training was to enable team members to build confidence and create more impact in their work. We focused the sessions on two areas - theory of change & storytelling for impact.

Post event we ran additional workshops for their internal team to deepen the learnings from the conference & help the Surfrider team support their Coastal Defender network & build self efficacy.
