We support the incredible humans who are working to protect our ocean. Here’s what we know to be true - A burned-out ocean advocate can’t achieve the impact they are striving for. And an ocean advocate without strategy won’t create the impact they are dreaming of. The two core themes of our work are strategy and stoke. That translates into building capability and building capacity. One without the other is useless. We’ve found our sweet spot - Supporting this phenomenal community with practical tools and helping them maintain a regulated nervous system whilst deeply connected to nature.

We deliver this work in four ways -

Wavemakers - a three-day residential program for ocean activists & advocates focused on leadership, impact strategy & nature connection.

Undercurrent - an online cohort-based program focused on capacity building for impact leaders working in the ocean space.

Coworking House - a week-long residency for ocean activists & advocates to work, co-create and play in nature.

Workshops - online and in-person workshops to support ocean leaders and organisations to work more strategically, collaboratively, and sustainably.
