Working remotely in the ocean space can leave you feeling pretty isolated. Often, the majority of our colleagues and work friends are based in different countries and time zones.

This work is hard. It can feel endless and always urgent. Taking good care of yourself is essential. That looks different to everyone - but being reminded that you’re not on your own, and that other people care as deeply and feel as deeply, is a beautiful thing.

Our cowork house gathers a bunch of good humans with aligned intentions and a collective spirit of generosity. With common threads and fresh perspectives. Nature on our doorstep (with forest walks, surfs and swims a daily routine). Quiet spaces for deep work and communal spaces for conversations, collaboration and good energy.

In the words of one of our favourite activists, Edward Abbey -

“It is not enough to fight for the land; it is even more important to enjoy it.”

The cowork house is for anyone who is -

  • working in the ocean/climate space

  • keen to hang with like-minded ocean advocates

  • able to work remotely or has a ‘deep work’ project they would like to dive into

The co-work house is an opportunity to work alongside like-minded ocean advocates in a beautiful spot with easy access to the forest & surf. We'll make sure you have delicious, healthy food to eat and quiet spaces to work so you can have a super productive week. Stoke is an integral part of our cowork houses, so on top of surfs, hikes, and swims, we start our days with a morning breathwork session and wrap up with a yoga nidra class every night.

We can rent you a bike, a board and a wetsuit and give you heaps of great local recommendations for surf spots, hikes, coffee and more!

We’ve partnered with the incredible team at Ocean Shelter to ensure you are located in one of the best spots in Europe for waves - plus access to amazing forest on your doorstep for sunrise & sunset hikes, a yoga deck, saltwater pool, fire pit and hot tub.
